How do I book a plan through ENVY ME?

To book a plan on ENVY ME, simply click the "Sign Up" link in the menu, or click on an ENVY ME plan's RSVP button. After doing so just input your information, and you will get a notification in your email inbox to confirm your account.

What happens after I reserve a plan?

After reserving an ENVY ME plan, the venue will be notified of your booking request. After the venue has approved your request, you will be notified that your request has been approved!

How soon will I know if my booking request is confirmed?

Typically 1 - 3 hours for an ENVY ME venue to confirm a reservation. Please note that during busy periods, the venue could take up to 24 hours to confirm reservation.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can cancel your plan reservation in the dashboard under "My Reservations" in the menu. Click the cancel button and confirm to cancel your reservation.

What happens if I am late?

Each venue has a different late policy, but on average venues allow ENVY ME users to be 30 minutes from their reservation time. If the ENVY ME user does not arrive within the time frame, the venue will cancel the plan. We suggest arriving at the venue 10 minutes before your plan begins to avoid losing out on your time slot.

What happens if I my 2-hour plan starts from 11 pm, but I arrive at 11:10 pm? Does my plan now start from 11:10 pm?

ENVY ME plans are set times scheduled with the venue. Therefore if a plan is from 11 pm to 1 am, and a guest is 10 minutes late, the plan unfortunately still ends at 1 am.

What do I need to show when I arrive at the venue?

Upon arriving at the venue, please have everyone in your group show a photo ID (or passport) to the receptionist. The receptionist will check if the name of the ENVY ME user who booked the table matches the name on the ID.

What happens if I decide to extend my plan's assigned time?

After your allotted time expires, ENVY ME users may continue enjoying their VIP table if it is available. ENVY ME venues have different seating systems, so it is advised that if you plan to stay at the table, to ask your server what the fees are for extending your table.

Envy Me will include a simple explanation of the club's VIP system at your table if you decide to stay longer.

Do I need to present my photo ID?

What happens if I choose to purchase additional drinks or services outside of my ENVY ME plan?

ENVY ME users are welcome to purchase additional mixers, bottles or other services at their table. Please consult with your server on these prices and charges.
